We’re absolutely thrilled to have you as part of the Eastside Alchemy Market family! Thank you for bringing your creativity, passion, and positive energy to our community. We wish you a successful, joyful, and truly magical Market Day.

If you have any questions before or during the event, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

• Set up begins at 10:00 AM. Please be fully set up and ready by 11:50 AM.
• If you expect to arrive late, contact us in advance.
• Vendors arriving after 11:00 AM without notice will not be allowed to set up.
• Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.

Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Breakdown: Begins at 5:00 PM (or 4:50 PM if foot traffic slows)
Load Out: All equipment and merchandise must be removed by 6:15 PM

🚨 The building must be cleared by 06:30 PM. Staying past this time will result in a late fee.

• Vendors may park directly in front of the building during unloading/loading only.
• Please do not block curb ramps or access points.
• After unloading, move your vehicle to parking areas farther from the entrance.
• Let’s keep close parking spots available for our customers — thank you!

• 2026 Bellevue sales tax rate: 10.3%
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

Wi-Fi Connection:
• Network: Bellevue Connection (No password required)

• Power outlets are available.
• Please bring your own extension cords.
• All cords must be secured safely using masking tape.

We’ll be hosting hourly raffles and free giveaways throughout the day! Participation is optional, and vendor donations are always appreciated.

Donating a product or service is a great way to promote your business — giving you extra visibility and drawing new customers to your booth!

• No intoxication on market premises.
• No burning incense, candles, or other materials indoors.
• Do not leave your booth unattended during market hours.
• All vendors must set up and display products within their assigned booth space only.
• Vendors must remain within their assigned booth space during market hours.

• Please do not engage customers while they are shopping at another booth.
• Wait until their interaction is complete before connecting.
• Let’s keep the market atmosphere positive, fair, and collaborative for everyone.

• Keep your booth area clean and organized throughout the event.
• Bring your own cleaning supplies (paper towels, wipes, etc.).
• Remove all trash, packaging, boxes, and unwanted materials at the end of the event.

• No trash, merchandise, or personal items may be left behind.
• Floors and surrounding areas must be left in the same condition as found.
• Food vendors must comply with all health department cleanliness and waste-disposal requirements.

• Clean spills immediately to prevent hazards.
• Vendors are financially responsible for any damage caused to the venue.

• Be respectful of hallways, restrooms, and loading zones.
• Do not dispose of food waste, oils, or materials in sinks unless permitted.

• Failure to follow cleaning policy may result in a cleaning fee and may affect approval for future markets.

• Refunds and cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the market date.
• Requests made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
