If you have any questions before or during the event, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

• Set up begins at 10:00 AM.
• Please be fully set up and ready by 11:50 AM.
• If you expect to arrive late, contact us in advance.
• Vendors arriving after 11:00 AM without prior notice will not be permitted to set up.
• Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.

Event Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Breakdown: Begins at 5:00 PM (or 4:50 PM if foot traffic has significantly slowed and approval has been given by Market Staff).

Load Out: All equipment and merchandise must be removed by 6:15 PM.

🚨 The building must be completely cleared by 6:30 PM. Vendors remaining after this time may be subject to a late fee.

• Vendors may park directly in front of the building during unloading and loading only.
• Please do not block curb ramps or access points.
• After unloading, move your vehicle to parking areas farther from the entrance.
• Help us keep the closest parking spaces available for our customers.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying their own sales tax.

• All cords must be safely secured using masking tape.

We'll be hosting hourly raffles and giveaways throughout the day!

Participation is optional, and vendor donations are greatly appreciated. Donating a product or service is a wonderful way to promote your business, increase visibility, and attract new customers to your booth.

• No intoxication on market premises.
• No burning incense, candles, sage, palo santo, or any open flame indoors.
• Do not leave your booth unattended during market hours.
• Vendors must display products only within their assigned booth space.
• Vendors must remain within their assigned booth area during market hours.

• Please do not approach customers while they are actively shopping at another booth.
• Wait until their interaction is complete before introducing your products or services.
• Let's maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative shopping environment for everyone.

• Leave your booth area in the same condition as you found it.

• Clean spills immediately.
• Vendors are financially responsible for any damage caused to the venue.

• Respect hallways, restrooms, and loading zones.

Failure to follow the cleaning policy may result in a cleaning fee and may affect approval for future Eastside Alchemy Market events.

Our market is dedicated to supporting independent artists, makers, crafters, healers, readers, and small businesses.

Vendors whose primary products consist of AI-generated artwork, books, designs, prints, or other AI-created content are not permitted.

Products sold at Eastside Alchemy Market should reflect genuine human creativity, craftsmanship, artistic skill, or authentic metaphysical practice.

Limited use of AI for business operations, marketing assistance, or product descriptions is acceptable. However, AI-generated content may not be the primary product being offered for sale.

Eastside Alchemy Market exists to celebrate and support:

We reserve the right to decline vendors whose products or services do not align with the vision and values of our market.

• No Call / No Show vendors will be banned from participating in future Eastside Alchemy Market events.
• Vendors who pack up or leave before the official end of the market without prior approval from Market Management will also be banned from future markets.
• Exceptions may be made only for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances and must be communicated to Market Management as soon as possible.

• Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date.
• Requests made within 30 days of the market are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
